Emily Pomasl joined Cook M&A in 2025 as an Origination Associate. She helps connect private equity, family office, and corporate clients with new acquisition opportunities, bringing a relationship-first mindset and a sharp focus on strategic growth.
Before joining Cook, Emily worked at Cision US, Inc., where she managed over 100 client accounts and consistently exceeded revenue goals through consultative client development and strategic renewals. She later joined Air Charter Service as a Private Jet Sales Consultant, coordinating complex travel logistics and delivering a seamless experience for high-profile clients.
Emily earned her bachelor’s in sport marketing and management from Indiana University, where she spent four years on the IU Cheerleading team for football and men’s basketball. A proud Hoosier, she still makes it back to Bloomington for game days whenever possible.
When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing pickleball, listening to podcasts, or hanging out in Chicago with her dog Eevee, who—naturally—is also an IU fan.
