GTCR selected Cook M&A Advisory Services to help them identify executives and opportunities in the sector. Through Cook M&A’s exclusive CEOVisions® process, GTCR met to discuss strategies and opportunities with 100+ key industry executives who could serve as partners in the investment strategy .
Cook M&A and GTCR partnered with 25 year veteran financial services and payments executive Rahul Gupta. Mr. Gupta was formerly EVP and Group President of Billing and Payments at Fiserv, Inc., where he executed numerous acquisitions and had operating responsibilities over various business segments.
STATUS
GTCR led the acquisition of RevSpring, Inc., a leading provider of multi-channel billing and communications solutions to the healthcare and financial services industries. GTCR, along with Mr. Gupta, Cook M&A and RevSpring’s management team are pursuing internal growth initiatives at RevSpring and complementary acquisitions in the industry.
GTCR has committed $400 million equity capital to the platform.
